Welcome Cooper!

As a proud Auntie and Sister, I want to welcome the newest arrival into our extended family; Cooper Edward Holmes born April 18th at 12:39 a.m. He weighed in at 7 lbs. 6oz. and is 20.5" long. Congratulations Erin and Ryan! He is so sweet, and I look forward to holding him soon! Also congratulations to Mimi and Papi...this makes 3 grandchildren!!!

Living Room Camp Out

Our monthly living room camp outs have been put on hold for the past 5 months, but last night we resumed and had more fun than usual.   The kids rolled out their sleeping bags, I popped the popcorn, and downloaded Astro Boy onto my computer.  We kept the lights out, turned the heat down to 62 degrees, and used flashlights to go to the bathroom and find blankies, and loveys.  Not only was this fun, but it helped to reserve energy and therefore adding to our greener lifestyle.  April celebrates Earth Day on the 22nd and the kids and I have been learning about ways we can help keep the earth healthy.

I got a new cell phone, and I LOVE it!!!!  I can surf the web, chat, make calls, your name it…I can do it.  It is so fun!!!
